Purchases may be made online using our secure card payment facility, all orders placed indicate the purchaser’s acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale detailed hereunder. In placing an order the Purchaser confirms that they have accepted in full, the Terms and Conditions of Sale.


Allbreeds accepts all major debit and credit cards. Cards will be authorised and charged at time of placing your order. Allbreeds can also accept bank transfers as a form of payment, please contact us for further details, orders will be despatched once the funds have cleared into our bank account. Payment should be made in UK pounds sterling only.
Credit Card Security
Allbreeds uses secure trading payment services to process credit and debit card orders and all payments are encrypted to ensure your purchase is safe and secure.
Allbreeds aims to dispatch all items within 5 days of order. Please note that we do not work Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. Goods are sent by either Royal Mail, Royal Mail Special Delivery (where requested and paid for), Recorded or by Parcel Force depending on the size and value of the goods.
If your package exceeds the delivery price quoted we will call you before despatch to confirm the price. Special rates may apply for bulky items. If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence or by customer providing incorrect shipping information the customer will be contacted by phone and payment will be required to re-send the item.
Allbreeds will notify the Purchaser if an ordered item is out of stock and keep the Purchaser updated as to the expected dispatch time. We automatically ship all of our stock items once they become available. In the event that an item is discontinued by our Suppliers, or becomes unavailable to us,  Allbreeds will offer a full refund or a credit note to the value of the goods.
Allbreeds ‘Quality Assured Promise’ means that we check to ensure that all products are free from damage or defect before dispatch.  If however an item is damaged or faulty, a replacement or credit note to the full value of the goods will be offered. Please note that we can only refund your item(s) if they are returned within 10 working days from date of dispatch, unused and in original packaging. You may exchange items up to 14 working days from date of dispatch with all returned item postal charges remaining the responsibility of the Purchaser.  Sale Items are excluded for refund or exchange unless proven faulty.   All returns should be clearly marked with your name, address and contact telephone number. Regrettably Allbreeds cannot confirm receipt of your return. We recommend that you use a secure postage method, such as recorded delivery. This way you will be able to trace your delivery.          
We CANNOT accept liability for non receipt of returned goods.
The Allbreeds offices are open Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm, we are closed Saturdays and Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Allbreeds Grooming & Training  does not disclose buyers' information to any Third Parties other than information used for goods delivery purposes ie: name and address information when a courier service is used. Where email addresses are supplied we shall retain these details for marketing purposes, Newsletter & Offer notifications, please email us with your details to  if you do not wish to receive these.
